i require help on under eye bags every morning. I had high hopes. pes. Am I doing it wrong??
i require help every morning for the bags (swelling) under my eyes, and I don't get the relief that your product claims for every day. I know that I am using it correctly every day. I watch your commercials all the time, and yes, I am using it properly. I know there must be other people like me that says the same thing; that it doesn't work every day. WHY??? I uually have to put more on after the 2nd or 3rd try and it still looks swollen. Why? I need someone at your facility to show me in person how it works! But, that won't happen! There must be thousands of people that it does not work on. Yes, it does work sometimes, but it should work all the time. It's simple enough to put on. How many ways can it be put on wrong. I've tried a little. I've tried moderate. I've tried more than usual. So, can you tell me honestly why it does not work all the time? I'm sure this note to you, the CEO, will not make a difference. But I just had to write. I had hoped that something would work. I had hope when I saw your commercial on TV. Ordered it to try Plexaderm. Ordered the 2nd batch. Sorry this did not work for me every day. I had hopes. I thought money well spent. I sure would order it again if it worked every day. Thanks for reading. Joan
