They called me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I'm very new to PCs and haven't had one before and so I had a lot of questions. I spoke with Brandon Walker on the phone and he happily answered any questions I had which helped me a lot. He made sure I knew what I was getting and how each thing works.
