From the jump i was excited to receive…

From the jump i was excited to receive my first PC, couldn't figure out how to do a thing. so i called support on how to get packing out, Bradly and i immediately connected. Supportive, insightful, superb help to get the PC into its spot and get me ready to start. new problem arrived so called support again, Robert answered and that beautiful man knew his stuff. Absolute superb help, knowledge, shortcut wizard since i dont know jack from squat now i somewhat do. between both of them im now able to type this review on my very first gaming PC, my excitement is immeasurable both Bradly & Robert are exceptional assets to APEX support to say the least!

My Apex Experience

Got back to me quick when I asked about the credit and ID checks when I was wondering why it was taking so long. When I discovered an employee suffered an emergency, and that hindered the progress, I completely understood. Stuff happens, and I hope they’re doing okay. Other than that, my support person was awesome and got back to me super quick! Give them my kudos! I’m excited to receive my computer!

From self-building to Apex, I could not be happier!!

I have built every single Desktop PC I have ever owned. Back when 8086's were the norm to every x86 variant there was. Working for a shop doing pre-builds, I have built THOUSANDS of PC's. This time around, when my wife needed a new gaming desktop (coming from a Gaming Laptop), I decided to go with a builder. After doing a LOT of research, I landed with Apex Gaming PC for the builder. The website was pretty straight forward and let me do some customizations I wanted and really had some great options that I ended up selecting, even a few things I didn't think of until I saw them as an option. The Purchase experience was great and I had no issues at all. One thing I will say after the purchase was the level of communication that came from Apex. Seriously, a LOT of emails, BUT, they weren't useless emails. Order status updates, build status, appointment to speak with a build engineer to ensure we got what we needed and instructions to prepare for delivery. The unboxing video was helpful. One point that I really appreciated was the shipping of the desktop WITHOUT the GPU installed. This was great to reduce the chance shipping would damage something and installation was easy. Powered the desktop on and NO ISSUES. It booted, went through the OS setup and everything was just ready and working. It's been well over a month now and I can say that we simply have not had any hints of issues. The system just works, runs and is EXACTLY what my wife wanted and needed. We have not had to contact support about anything, but I expect that if we ever do have any issues, Apex will take care of us and make sure things are good. I am planning to upgrade my own Gaming PC here soon, and I did plan to build it myself, but with the experience we had with Apex, chances are, I will just order one from them and just not deal with the self-build. I would 100% recommend Apex for getting your own rig without hesitation.
