We did have to send it back for resizing, and even that part of the process was seamless. When it came back, it fit perfectly and still looked flawless — you would never know it had been adjusted. That level of craftsmanship and consistency really speaks to the quality of their work. Photos don’t fully capture how beautiful the ring is in person.
