AVOID TEACHABLE AT ALL COSTS
AVOID TEACHABLE AT ALL COSTS. My experience with Teachable has been TERRIBLE. It was so bad that my organization moved to a new platform. We dropped to the free version of Teachable until we could move all our membership students to our new site. When a member moved, I would cancel their auto-renewal through Teachable. However, Teachable will no longer allow me to cancel anyone's membership. Teachable is still collecting money from our students, however they have blocked them out of their accounts. I cannot cancel them from my end. I tried to delete my entire program, but Teachable won't let me do that, either. So we are forced to charge people for a product they can't even access and I'm completely disabled from doing anything about it. I can't talk to a person and the bot is running me in circles.
