I was referred to Green Chef from a family member. I received 3 free meals and just paid shipping. After this I have been receiving the Mediterranean meals. The vegetables, protein and spices and complete meals are fabulous. My husband usually doesn’t cook but enjoys preparing these meals. Prep only takes about 30 minutes and well worth it. Portion size and calorie count we are very happy with.
