I had a frustrating experience at BJ’s. My membership had expired, and when I returned an item, they charged me a 10% fee because of that. They kept the 10% and only refunded the remaining amount. I expected a full refund, especially since I was still a member when I made the purchase. This experience has made me reconsider shopping here. Location: Cary, NC
