Honestly can’t live without one now, so handy to know my stats and how I’ve slept. It’s not a fitness ring but I managed to lose so much weight in a healthy way by listening to my body through the information my ring gave me. Unfortunately after 2 years the battery has depleted significantly. However the customer service was impeccable. They checked my ring and gave me a replacement with no added costs as well as 3 free months memebership. Wish all companies treated their customers this way! Highly recommend.
