extremely unprofessional company
I hadn't ordered from temu in about a year. Always shipped it to my Po box building but with straightship they always try to do the delivery on a Saturday when there's no staff to receive parcels. I've contacted straightship through email to get the address changed. They say yup we'll get this changed but they done nothing. 9Tried calling and Been on hold for an hour only to be told there's no one to answer and to leave a message, then told the message box is full and processed to get hung up on. Its a extremely unprofessional company
