They lie about what they are charging
I have had these services for a few months now. They promised me wholesale rates typically coming in under 2%. That said, every month they are taking 3.5%. The list of fees runs into several pages, literally. They even have charges called, "Misc. Fees". I would not recommend this company to anyone. They will first force you purchase their equipment at 3x the market price. Then they will milk you again every month. As they say, "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". My problem more than them charging 3.5% is that they are blatantly lying about what they charge.
