I have been using BJ's.com for a long time to clip some grocery coupons. However, I had the worst experience using their website. I am behind the computer maybe 5 to 6 hours a day, but I have never experienced sooo slow response from a website. I think BJ's should change their web hosting company as they have been awful. I believe BJ's could take a lesson from amazon.com's book and learn how they can save time for their patrons when they are surfing their website.
