As a contractor starting this is not the route you want to take I just cancelled my account before writing this review not because I’m upset but to warn others be careful a lot of these leads are dead , don’t answer no communication, then the very few that come threw it’s a bidding war because 5 or more contractors received the same lead the best is when you have a homeowner just curious and unsure of doing the work but still get charged 180 plus for the lead and you gotta pay it I started in march i ended today received 62 leads total landed 4 jobs out of 62 and out of 58 remaining 85% were dead leads.the lead cost in my opinion is super overpriced.you can request a credit for the leads but there’s no guarantee you will be reimbursed.they bill weekly so imagine getting 10 leads 2 that are good and the other 8 are dead at 202$ a piece they want it by wed if the account goes past due even one day they stop reviewing the credit and expect you to pay in full whether the leads were dead or not then they review the credit request with no guarantee.only guarantee is they get paid and your out of luck or they cancel the account putting you in a corner especially if that’s the only way your generating work. Just sleezy tactics update I recieved a call from a rep asking me why I wanted to cancel my account I explained he said they were going to investigate the leads I disputed and get back to me but the only ones who reached out were the collections agency they never resolved anything just left me with a debt for fabricated leads 2500$
