We truly cannot say enough amazing things about our destination wedding travel coordinator, Karen. From start to finish, she was an absolute dream to work with—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our experience seamless. Every single guest felt cared for, accommodated, and well taken care of, which meant the world to us. Karen went above and beyond in ways we’ll never forget. As a gay couple, there’s always a quiet concern about how you’ll be treated in certain business relations, but Karen handled everything with such care, respect, and intention. She even took it upon herself to gently correct language and remind the resort staff when needed—always advocating for us in a way that felt natural and deeply supportive. Not only is she incredibly professional, but she’s also just a joy to work with. Warm, kind, and full of positive energy, she made the entire travel coordination process feel easy and stress-free. Honestly, it doesn’t even feel like goodbye—we’re already looking forward to planning our next trip with her. She feels like part of our story now.
