Great job overall! I had to return an item once and it was handled with courtesy and professionalism. Shipping and packaging are excellent. I love the free shipping promotions and almost always order something especially because of your broad inventory. I would like you to consider offering a small discount on shipping for items that don't qualify for the free shipping during these promotions. Keep up the great work and thanks for all you do!
