Zero Accountability – Failed Delivery & Refused Refund
I am beyond disappointed with Jjhouse. I ordered a custom dress that was supposed to arrive 1.5 weeks ago, yet I still have nothing. They used a shady delivery service called UniUni that lacks access to U.S. military bases or gated communities—a massive oversight for any reputable business. Despite the delay being 100% their fault, they are refusing to issue a full refund and continue to give me the runaround. My event is this week, and I am now forced to scramble to find a local replacement. If you live on base, gated community or expect professional service, stay away. They do not honor their delivery timelines or take responsibility for their mistakes. It's been a day and a half since jjhouse responded to this comment, I don't have my package, and I still didn't get my refund. If I don't get a refund today or my dress. The BBB is also going to hear about JJHOUSE and this shady delivery company UniUni (a place where everyone that answers the phone has a very heavy foreign accent and makes up stories about deliveries and phone calls they claim to have attempted)
