A Challenging Start, but a Positive Ending
I experienced an issue with the delivery of part of my order, which made the process longer than expected. While the situation was initially frustrating, I want to thank the Reformly Customer Service team for their support throughout the process. They were responsive, listened to my concerns, and worked with me until the issue was completely resolved. Now that everything has been sorted out, I can confidently recommend Reformly. The training equipment is high quality, the app contains useful content, and the workout programs are well structured and enjoyable to follow.
