horrendous experience. I guess the contracts are uncancellable and you have to pay a crazy amount to get out of it. Terrible customer service, no one speaks English. Could not be more frustrated with this service. DO NOT GO WITH VERIZON CONNECT. Everything that is wrong with a company.
