The last meal with artichoke was like eating the tough husk of the corn cob. Perhaps better instructions on stripping off a couple layers of the artichoke would help. This was our first time using this vegetable. That being said, it was the first bad experience out of 30 meals. Ingredients are always fresh. Oh… you also forgot to add the chicken stock with the meal.
