Yelp allows fake reviews
Yelp allows reviews from people who are not even customers. There is no way to get these removed. Your competitors can post fake negative reviews about you and they stick. You can buy positive reviews from companies that offer that service. However, they can also post negative reviews when you cancel their service. Yelp is not a good source for accurate reviews.
