A+ Service
Initially ordered 2 front shocks for my jeep wrangler which were open box items, they were shipped nearly immediately and arrived within a day or two. When I opened the box both shocks had damage to the adjuster knobs, one was actually broken off. I contacted customer service and let me tell you that they care about their customers! Way to go Extreme Terrain A+ service. I hung up and ordered the two rear shocks because of the service that they provided after the sale with my initial purchase. Very pleased not only with the service but the quality of product they offer.
