My experience with Mutual of Omaha
Six months ago I was searching for the most effective way to financially continue living in my home. I remember my mother researching reverse mortgages years before. She was very savvy when it came to investments etc. and eventually chose to begin the process for a reverse mortgage. Unfortunately she passed before it was completed. I decided to take a leap of faith & research companies online. The first response was from Mutual of Omaha . Since I knew this was a long standing company I made the call. Michael Heissenberger was my first contact. He was very thorough with the initial “whys” and “how’s”. By the time we finished our conversation I was sure this was the way to proceed. Throughout this entire process Michael was there to walk me through each step. He was very professional yet very relatable —always available to address any questions & concerns . This entire journey is definitely not for the “ faint of heart” It requires a commitment to the process & the person guiding you. My trust in Michael was & is still unwavering.
