Ordered progressive lenses before from…
Ordered progressive lenses before from this company a few years ago with no issues. Due to a slight change in my prescription, I ordered new lenses, this time paying nearly double for a premium lens. The new ones that arrived did not allow me to read anything without physically lifting the frames upward to my forehead. I contacted Lensabl and they offered to redo the lenses, so I sent them back along with another photo. a couple of weeks later, I received the lenses back. No change. They are the same lenses with the same issue. I wasted nearly $600 as they don't do refunds but their lab can't seem to get it right. Never again.
