Very poor service from Amazon 31
After being hacked on on my Amazon account i phone for help .The man did not seem interested and said Amazon would be in touch, many hours heard nothing. Phoned again first lady very unprofessional and couldn't help. Now getting worried phoned again second lady tried to help but couldn't and said Amazon would be in touch with instructions what to do. 24 hours heard nothing. Phoned again second man helpful and said he would close the account which he did 8 hours later. I found this service from Amazon to be very unprofessional and very poor considering I was being hacked and my money was at stake.
