Probably a scam... Everything is fine until the withdrawal is requested... the support contact is terrible. They promise to expedite the process in the chat, but it's nonsense. After completing verification, which took almost three weeks (an unprecedented request from other bookmakers; address confirmations ONLY in English), the withdrawal is still being rejected. I didn't receive any starting bonus, I made a deposit, and they continue to reject the withdrawal and haven't responded for two weeks to explain the reason. I don't recommend this. It's a waste of time, and I don't understand the high rating on Trustpilot.
