Data issue
I was having problems with the data that l transferred to my sister abroad. I went through 2 kind ladies who tried by all means to resolve the issue but still it didn't work but this morning when l called l was attended by Sanny. Great communication, patient, kind and with excellent listening skills who then refunded the money back to my account. Well trained on customer service and she was so helpful. I will recommend her to anyone xxxxx
