Great products & Service. Not Transparent
Great product offerings and nice website to order. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern they have always been very helpful. Orders have always arrived on time and if I’ve ever had a damaged order it’s been replaced fast. My only drawback is they seem to have issues with UCM application instructions. I was having issues with the hot peel. After 2 orders coming in like this I called to see if I need to do something different (assuming it’s an issue on my side). I was told an internal memo went out saying it should be cold peel now. No emails to the consumers. Just internal. A little frustrating to find out this way. I’d prefer the company be open about this and not try to hide it and only tell customers when they call with problems.
