My first time and it was a complete utter failure…
First of all the delivery came a week after I was promised it would come. It was supposed to come on a Wednesday . It came Tuesday of the following week. Then everything was missing and by everything I mean the main part of the meals. For instance, there were three meals I ordered: one was stuffed salmon, another one was chicken with something and another one a fra diavolo shrimp pasta. Well, I received no salmon no shrimp and no chicken. What do I do with that? Finally no instructions! It’s fine and Dandy to have all the ingredients but what do I do with them? How do I prepare them? The whole reason for ordering this kind of service and products is so as to make life easy. But they certainly did NOT. I will give them credit for one thing: they reimbursed me entirely. Then again: is this how you build a business? More fundamentally: Should they even be in business? Who am I to say? But what I can’t say is: never again.
