7-Eleven

You could add this naturally at the end…

I want to leave an honest and respectful review. I don’t understand why the store offers a cashback option if, in the end, there is almost never enough cash in the register to actually use it. I can completely understand that there may be cash limits or budget restrictions in the drawer — that’s not the issue. The problem is that when a customer uses this option, they should not be treated like they are asking for something unreasonable. Many people use cashback to avoid the huge ATM fees that can cost almost 4 dollars just to withdraw 5 or 10 dollars. Personally, I would rather pay a few cents with a purchase than deal with those excessive fees. Maybe 7-Eleven should consider partnerships with lower-cost or free ATM networks like some PNC machines. It would make more sense for customers and create less frustration for employees. A little more understanding and communication would make a big difference. And honestly, if cashback cannot actually be provided most of the time, then simply remove the cashback option altogether. Very simple. Otherwise, it just feels like customers are being pushed toward expensive ATM fees that mostly make the banks richer.
