Good afternoon I visited 7 11 in Norfolk close to Virginia Beach Blvd and Royal Farms gas station. The young man was very dismissive when I was asking about the big gulps. When I said something about his bad attitude then he wants to walk over to me. Mind you terrible attitude never went away. Customer service skills are definitely on zero. 7 11 y'all have to do better when training your employees.
7-Eleven owns 'Speedway' stores and this is the second negative occurrence I have had with this poorly run so called convenience store. A few years ago I stopped by the local Speedway to play the state lottery and at that time the clerks Played the numbers for the customer. I stopped in one day around 1 pm and when ask what I wanted I ask to play the lottery. I was told it's lunch time and I will not play your lottery so come back later. I was the only customer in line and there were no people waiting behind me. I contacted speedway and the Pa lottery and both failed to respond or reprimand the clerk or management. Today 7.26.26 I stopped in to play my lotto cards. The lotto is self service now so you play on your own. I inserted my money and then my play slips and it came back 'out of paper' so no ticket was printed and I was charged $10.00. I ask for someone to please insert ticket paper so I could get my numbers and waited at least 15 minutes before I was acknowledged. I ask again and a very rude employee came over and opened the machine and inserted a new roll of ticket paper. She did not test it for proper print and walked off. I reinserted my play slip and a blank ticket came out. I went to the counter at the front of the store and advised the machine was not printing and ask for my $10.00 so I could go play elsewhere. I was then told I had to wait and I ask for what did I have to wait. The female who replaced the paper initially said she was not a Pa lottery employee and I would have to call the Pa lotto to get my $10.00. I became aggravated and demanded my $10.00 when another male employee came over and told me to leave or he would throw me out and I had better leave now. I don't scare nor do I take orders from a smart mouth employee who was not attired properly and his uniform filthy. The female then came over reached in the cash drawer, handed me a $10 and told me to get out and don't come back. Is this how you operate your business by threatening customers with harm and threats? This will not be excused. I will call in and file a verbal complaint and also a complaint with the Pa lottery. Your employees are supposed to be familiar with all equipment in that store and not make threats and excuses. I suggest you take a very long hard look at your operations and the incompetents you hire. This occurred at the Village drive speedway in Greensburg, Pa. 15601
7-11, 6020 Dublin Blvd, Colorado Springs, Co. Not a single gas pump with security stickers in the right place. These pumps are subject to credit card skimming. Do not buy gas here.
Ellos charged me for 2 candy bars, we put them back , we tried calling numerous times no one to take, or answer the call , at the 7-eleven on Lindley, I called customer service , Frank said he would send a email to get the info , never did , if you charge a customer for something , return the money 💰 to them , what's owed , due " no excuses " ...Thats the way you do business " ...This is awful business practices " ..🧐👎" ....
Great food and drinks 👍
My name is Jackie and I have a disability and I often visit 539 Lane Ave store. I met a manager there named Joe M and he is one of the most nicest, friendly and professional guy that anyone would ever want to meet. He's always serving me with a smile and he's always going over and above his job descriptions to make sure that I'm happy and satisfied with his service. It would be very nice if the World 🌎 had more people like him. You can tell that he service the Lord because it shows. He really deserves recognition for all his good work. Thanks again Joe M.
I went in and got some items, wanted to get a hot dog and didn’t know where all the items were the employee, old with white hair at the store near el toro , acted very condescending and rude to me saying oh it’s right there don’t you see it oh my god there it is oh there you go now open it and oh look you figured it out. Then when I said to take off the drink he said no I saw you drink it when I never ever took a sip from it cause I didn’t pay for it yet. Finally another store employee had to step in and help, he was nice. Overall the encounter with the older employee with white hair felt very racist and sexist and demeaning. My advice for them to improve as a store, is to fire him immediately!
I really wanted to write them a zero they don’t answer the phone. I called all three of their numbers and it went straight to voicemail and their store is really dirty.
7-Eleven makes excuses everytime we try using our 7-Eleven Rewards. We signed up for the 7-11 Allan discount of 50 cents off per gallon supposedly good on 6-7, 6-11, 7-7 and 7-11 only to be rejected everytime! Google states you can use this on multiple vehicles on the same day as long as you don't exceed 25 gallons total but 7-Eleven says it can only be used for 1 car.
Really disappointed in the staff at this store. We visited and the staff spoke about my friend who dresses androgynous in Hindi, saying they were crazy and expressing how upset they were that my friend used the (gender neutral, public) bathroom. So disrespectful to customers.
Horrible company to work for. My daughter is a GM at a store in Louisville Kentucky and the AC has been out for 3 days and the heat index has been between 105 and 109. She wiĺl not get her bonus because of lost inventory, candy, etc. She has been there 5 plus years before 7 11 took over Speedway and this is not the first time this has happened. She has no control over the AC going out! THERE ARE MULTIPLE STORES IN LOUISVILLE WITHOUT AC. FIX IT! HORRIBLE COMPANY
Do not use 7-11 app. I used the app to order a pick up order for tobacco products. I got busy at work and could not pick them up within 2 hours. They cancelled the order but refused to refund the money. I tried to chat with them about it but they refused. They referred to their policy but the policy doesn't exist on the app and when I looked at it on their website, it did not say anything about refusing a refund on these grounds.
The staff at 7-11 threatened me with charge of paper bag if I did not bring back paper bag ? Kind of a self made law by the owner of a 7-11 in champions gate fl. Not sure if it’s 7-11 policy but extortion for the 0.25 cent bag is worrying ! Can you grab audio and video footage ? Because if you can’t !!!! I will - so remove said idiot asap else I will
I visit a 7-Eleven at 2600 South Saunders St. on 6/24/2026 ant approximately 4:30 pm. one of the employees was very rude. When I walked into the store I had a cup. The Employee started yelling from across the register ma’am. You can’t put anything in that cup. I said that’s fine. He kept yelling something so I went to the register and he said you passed the garbage can and demanded me to throw a cup away before I come any further in the store Threatening to throw me out the store and call the police all over because I walked in the store with the empty cup Mayu I was coming to the store to buy two Pepsi‘s. I don’t know what type of employees they hire but he needs to be fired because if I would pursue one with him, this could’ve turned out bad there’s no way a customer should be disrespected for walking into the store, minding her business with an empty cup. They need to get a hold of the employees but for something tragic happen up there.
Okay. So the first time I went into my seven eleven and assumed , which was my first mistake, that I was going to purchase what I asked for, by the time I got home , I found out it was wrong. The next time I went in asked for the same product.Got a different salesperson , got the wrong product again. Okay, third, time's gonna be a charm. I'm not moving away from the counter as they try to hurry you out the door until I read everything on the blessed package.
