What people say

You could add this naturally at the end…

I want to leave an honest and respectful review. I don’t understand why the store offers a cashback option if, in the end, there is almost never enough cash in the register to actually use it. I can completely understand that there may be cash limits or budget restrictions in the drawer — that’s not the issue. The problem is that when a customer uses this option, they should not be treated like they are asking for something unreasonable. Many people use cashback to avoid the huge ATM fees that can cost almost 4 dollars just to withdraw 5 or 10 dollars. Personally, I would rather pay a few cents with a purchase than deal with those excessive fees. Maybe 7-Eleven should consider partnerships with lower-cost or free ATM networks like some PNC machines. It would make more sense for customers and create less frustration for employees. A little more understanding and communication would make a big difference. And honestly, if cashback cannot actually be provided most of the time, then simply remove the cashback option altogether. Very simple. Otherwise, it just feels like customers are being pushed toward expensive ATM fees that mostly make the banks richer.

There are two employees at the 7-Eleven…

There are two employees at the 7-Eleven near me that are very polite and they seem to like to make people smile. The area where this is heavy a bunch of ghetto people so they’re doing pretty well inside the store keeping it clean and organized. When I called Customer Service that was a little different. The guy seemed like he was outside and he did not tell me anything that he was doing so there was a lot of silence. He was not professional and he seemed like he was depressed. I don’t get why there are so many issues with 7-Eleven. They need to learn how to hire the right people.

Can't list a half star

Can't list a half star. Store is nice, very convenient but never has any fresh coffee. This time stopped in and ALL the fresh coffee wasn't filled. They were on but nothing. When asked if they were going to make any. Was told they weren't working. Then why were they on? No answer... worst customer service..

A end to a inns good store

Came in to get some coffee. But also to use the toilet. There was no toilet paper at all. I told the lady at the counter and she just laughed at me and just looked at me. In my pension the 7-11 stored are run by ignorant people from other countries. My time a 7-11 has come to an end.

Very unpleasant experience at loyang…

Very unpleasant experience at loyang Point 7 eleven. Not once but multiple times with the same worker. Chinese lady long hair in ponytail. Other workers are fantastic especially the Indian lady very polite . This Chinese lady has bad attitude and very arrogant. Undeniably poor customer service. Purposely dropping items on counter after scanning items because upset customers refuse to use the self check out machine. No politeness when talking to customer. Not to one but many after observation while waiting in queue. Unacceptable behavior .

I didn’t receive a discounted price of an item.

I purchased an item that was marked “special price” for a relatively decent discount. Not sure if it was the owner of the store who rang me up but he disregarded the discount and scanned another of the same item, not on sale - in a different flavor, so I couldn’t get the discounted price. When I addressed the issue, he simply ignored me. He may have saved several dollars, but he lost a couple hundred dollars of my business and everyone else’s business who he has ripped off… I will not support dishonest people. The location is in Mount Prospect, Illinois on Central Ave. Based on the reviews, its not unusual to be ripped off at a 7-Eleven. Will never give them any more of my business.

I went to 711 at 4248 plank rd in…

I went to 711 at 4248 plank rd in Fredericksburg Va the Indian lady stole from me I watched her count my change and she took $5 out of my $100 I gave her and put it in her pocket I approached the other lady that said her name was Tracy and she was so rude and I told her she should be fired and so should the Indian lady they are rude and the store is disgusting there are so many expired stuff on the shelf’s and they still sell them the food looks like it was from yesterday all the time corporate needs to take over this store

Profit over quality

I recently visited the store located at the corner of Ashley and Wilkinson Blvd Charlotte NC (first visit at this location), I purchased a sausage dog and the buns were not fresh - one bite in, the bun completely fell apart. I brought it to the attention of the manager who kindly offered me another bun upon request - same result. I also noticed that all of the condiments were heavily watered down and as a result they lack favor. I was very disappointed because I just wanted a good dog. #PROFIT OVER QUALITY

Franchisees are fine, app (and customer service) aren't

While 7-11 has many convenience stores and the service in the stores has been mostly good (franchisees aren't the problem with this company), don't use their app because it will become a landmine for you. I had a "wallet" set up in my app account, but then had problems with the app so I closed the account for a few years (with the wallet still having some money I "deposited" in it). Then I tried to restart the account and the wallet in mid-2025. The account accumulated points but which I couldn't use for anything. The wallet was also unusable so I and the 7-11 support team spent many hours over a period of two months to get it working again (even though there was no way I could use it - they didn't allow it to be used for regular checkout transactions). All was fine for a month until I tried to use the app one day and found that it had been deleted. No warning, no email, nothing. They would only allow me to get my money back if I would open a new account and they would "deposit" it in a wallet in the new account. I said no because they wasted so much of my time restoring the wallet in my original account that I didn't trust them anymore. They then said they would only refund the money to the bank card that I used to fund the wallet in the first place. That card was from 2022 and would have expired no later than April 2025. I had to explain this to them multiple times before they finally sent an email in mid-March 2026 saying they would mail me a check. I provided my address but have yet to hear anything as of April 14, 2026. They keep sending me customer service surveys but I don't think they take anything I say seriously.

I have been having issues with this…

I have been having issues with this store for awhile now. Why I went back, I don't know. Today I go for coffee and the container coffee was bad and then I use their coffee maker and went to put creamer and it was bad. The counter was dirty and no supplies. So I get a soda, the owner decides to start yelling at me. He tells me to get the "f" out of the store and don't come back. Fine, but I did return because I wanted to take pictures and as I was taking picture he decided to try to take my phone from me. Then I called the cops for them to take his side even though he attacked me. So I guess it is ok for a store owner to attack someone over coffee? I didn't touch anyone. Then the cop says, I can ask them if they would like to press charges against me. I said for what for not drinking their horrible cold coffee and bad creamer. Come on.

7-11 64/12 Soi Kep Sap

64/12 Soi Kep Sap Pa Tong, Kathu District Phuket 83150 Thailand Worst cashiers, they literally throw the change back at you. The Managers are obviously also bitter people. Literally not one customer was being rude ONLY the workers. Went in in a good mood, left pissed. Close to our hotel so unfortunately went often- I will absolutely edit this review or delete it if there is a change with the customer service

First time used this App

First time used this App, but they are lying, they won’t let you go through payment, and I lose my promotion discount. When I reported it to customer service, she is so funny, she said “I will sent you a link to understand what the promotion conditions”. She already tried to correct me that it’s my mistake, Terrible service,no stars.

Generally speaking the cooked chicken wings

Generally speaking, I have no corals with the 7-Eleven at 72 Warrencliffe Rd., London Ontario but today I decided to buy their cooked chicken wings which were overpriced $7.05 but the chicken wings oh my Lord they must’ve been sitting in the warmer for three days. Even the meat. Chicken meat was dry and crunchy. I did take the chicken back and told the gentleman behind the counter these are terrible they’re overcooked dry and then I threw them in the garbage receptacle and just walked out of the store never again I buy chicken wings from 7-Eleven. The pizza is pretty good. I’ve had no problems with the staff there at any time they were always polite and professional.

BAD ATTITUDE CASHIER 4-2-26 @ 3:04pm

4-2-26 @ 3:04pm Store# 33690 The cashier on shift, which she doesn’t have a badge and couldn’t get her name cause she did not wanna give me her name She was very rude and when you ask her a question about how much was something that was misplaced she said the price is over there. You can go see it if you want it. I understand everybody deals personal issues, but when you have someone representing your business, that is not a good representation I own my own business myself, and I will never allow any of my employees to treat a customer. They way she was treating and disrespecting people or customers. There was customer that asked her for a bag and she grabbed the bag and throw everything in the bag for him One of them said thank you to her. She turned around and ignore this person or Customer.
