Joanna at Wing Stop is AWESOME

We called in an order at the Wing Stop in Mesquite, Texas by a young lady named Joanna. This was the first time that we had her fill our order. She was kind, respectful, courteous, polite, thorough and very professional. Joanna ensured that our order was filled correctly and the presentation was perfect. For that, we are thankful. Joanna is a great asset to Wing Stop. She gets an A-plus for a job well done.

my food was eaten in the restaurant before i was served absolutely disgusting never experienced anything like this in any fast food chain the restaurant is run by kids the managers skills in solving the problem is I'm sorry that is the most vocabulary he had in his toolbox no other words he could say and when you try to give me four refund it could not even do that correctly so now I am the chase for my refund through the main office

My family were fans of WingStop. As a group of 5, we went to Gloucester Road after a night out, which should have been fine. At first, they did not bring my bottomless drink cup, and so I prompted a member of staff and he challenged me as if I was cheating him. I reported to the same individual that the bottomless drink was not working. The ice function was not working, and the mixture of syrup and carbonated water was ineffective. Concentrated syrup was splattered around the inner perimeter of the cup. So, the problem was both no ice, poor dispensing of the drink and a very warm drink. I was told in a very dismissive manner that the ice machine was not working and there was nothing they could do. This was disappointing and it was especially hot that evening and I had chosen hotter food making it intolerable to eat. I wasn't satisfied with this and I was suffering with both a runny nose and profusely sweating from the heat of the food. I approached another individual and pointed out to him that I appeared to be sat next to a refrigerator full of cold drinks and could I have one of those instead? I was told I could not have one of these drinks as they were for delivery orders only. At that point, the first individual approached the second individual and directly in front of me sniggering he said 'he wants a refund'. At no stage did I ask for a refund, rather, I presented a reasonable alternative. I found this conduct of both members of staff to be unacceptably rude, obnoxious, and I did not deserve to be treated like this. I raised this with WingStop Customer Services via their online web feedback form and they were equally unimpressive. No need for me to return if they take their customers for granted and serve an ample portion of a profound level of rudeness. No thank you. Food - Appearance of chips do look as if they have been nuked or over microwaved and did not taste fresh. - Original and Mango Habanero too hot (and I eat spicy food)

ellecott city md.7/24/26 1:30 got 5 flats, waited 15min,thats fine,figuraded they are cooking them right,like when they first opened.before they started speed cooking o r whatever they did reiciently to serve faster, they where so tough i could not even grind and choke them down,its been hit or miss for a year,in all stores but this is my last try.unentable trash unsuited for crab bait or flytraps. garbage. another co,sells out.

Horrible Horrible woman at counter yelled WE DON'T ALLOW DOGS!! I yelled back: SERVICE DOGS ARE ALLOWED EVERYWHERE!! And she still made us leave. My service dog was wearing her vest and they never even asked if she was a legit service dog. SHE IS!!

What a disappointment

What a disappointment. The wings were probably the worst I've ever had , so dry, overly crisp with hardly any sauce and swimming in oil. For the price, you would expect quality, not a plate of disappointment. I used to come here often when it first opened because the food was genuinely good. Sadly, those days are gone. The taste has completely changed . bland, lacking flavour, with that artificial MSG like aftertaste that stays in your mouth. It’s a shame to see a place that started so well lose its quality. Good reputation takes years to build, but poor food and lack of attention can ruin it quickly. Definitely not worth the money anymore.

....failing miserably to live up to the hype

....bought a range of items, found the wings and legs inferior to anything available from the frozen section of the German supermarkets. Chips awful, were they reheat? who knows, "restaurant' the type of place I like to get out of as quickly as possible. At €35 for the take out meal it seemed to me to be just another American style place with crazy pricing. The one exception to a generally utterly forgettable experience were the superb staff, kind, polite, helpful and utterly at variance to the food offering and ambience of room. I could be completely wrong but I don't see a bright future for the enterprise and would not visit again.
