Speke retail branch - Service was quick and staff attentive but food was overpriced, overhyped and definitely not worth £10.45 for regular (sugary??) fries and a small burger, unfortunately we won’t be coming back and won’t recommend.
In correct order… voucher nowhere to be seen.
We've eaten multiple times in the restaurant with no concerns. (Middlebrook) First time ordering a takeaway away, right flavours, wrong chicken/fries and dip. Contacted customer service via the website who apologised and said they would send vouchers as a compensation. No vouchers arrived and refusing to answer contact form submitted. Disappointed is an understatement.
Raw food, no refund
Ordered food, fast service, the last boneless chicken chunk my Daughter had was raw (pink inside) Quietly complained as it was getting busy in store. Was told I would receive a refund in to my account for the majority of the bill cost…….guess what, NOTHING!!! I have rung the store multiple times only to be disconnected. Absolutely awful service from senior staff, NOT HAPPY!!
Food not what I expected
I ordered the lemon pepper and mango habanero wings. The lemon pepper were salty and the habanero were so hot there was no mango taste whatsoever. While the portion of fries was generous, there were a lot of small pieces of potatoes that were trashed. This was my first Wingstop experience and I wasn't impressed.
