Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I ordered all flats, extra wet with extra sauce, and even confirmed with the employee when I picked up my order that the wings were prepared extra wet. When I got home, the wings barely had any sauce. I called the store, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, the employee insisted the wings were correct and even pointed out that I received two blue cheese dressings—as if that had anything to do with my request for extra sauce on the wings. She offered no solution, gave a dismissive “sorry,” and when I said I wouldn’t be returning, she simply replied, “OK,” and hung up. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service and no effort to make things right are unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Wingstop. The food didn’t taste very good, and after eating it, I felt sick for the rest of the day. The wings weren’t what I expected, and I didn’t enjoy the meal overall. Based on my experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Delivery never turned up

We had all decided to order wingstop and waited for the delivery, then the app showed delivered when we didn’t have it. Tried to contact some and message we got back was we will reply within 24 hours we are busier than normal. Poor service. Won’t wait our time again

When I went in the pennsauken location I was immediately greeted at the door by a trainee being trained by a manager name daniel I believe they were very friendly attended to all customers very well I was intrigued by there communication and politeness..good experience all around👍I will recommend this location to my family

I ordered the lemon pepper boneless wings. They were so salty I couldn't even finish one. Threw them right in the trash!! The fries were nothing special. Boring. Ranch dressing, also way too salty. Dumped that down the drain. Expensive and apparently way too salty. Very bad for your health. I won't be stopping at Wingstop again.

I ordered Wingstop delivery for the first time on wed ,I ordered the corn. I thought five dollars was a good deal for five years of corn. Only it turned out to be mini pieces of corn ,That was ok. When I received the order. It did not look good. The lemon pepper and honey something wings did not taste any honey,chicken was white in some spots . I don’t know what that means It just didn’t look fresh and when I tasted it, I realized it was not fresh and the blue cheese that I ordered I don’t know if it was blue cheese, if it was it was spoiled so i tossed it ,i ate the chicken & corn I ended up having diarrhea and vomiting. I won’t go back

Wing Stop is terrible

Wing Stop is terrible, the food is gross and the wait time is ridiculous!! They leave you standing at the counter for a really long time and just look at you . I'm talking about the one in Amarillo Texas at 34th and Bell. It's a disaster .

First of all there were 3 items missing…

First of all there were 3 items missing from my order and I ordered it online at 5:14pm for a 7pm pick up and it wasn’t ready they gave me cheese fries instead of regular fries. There was hair in it. I called the location and told them there was items missing and she said they was supposed to tell you to check your bag before you left, but nobody didn’t say anything so now here it is I paid for something that I didn’t get and she said bring the whole bag back, which I am far from the location if I could give it a 0 stars I would. I ask to speak to a manager and she ignored that and said ma'am unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that. I’m pissed off about that because this is the first time me ordering from there and this is the wack experience that I get. Everybody needs to get retrain or something.
