Absolute scammer company, I'm not alone in this.
After 5 months of normal usage on my Rudder Pedal, the palstic casing broke and now is only half working. I've contacted them for replacement part since it is under warranty, but they refused because of "not normal" usage(whatever that means, blaming my 150lb ass for the damage) and wants me to pay $100 for a plastic replacement part. Utter nonsense, there are 1000s of these nightmare stories and them taking advantage including straight up scamming and never sending the missing item. Do not trust this company, unless getting scammed is your hobby.
