⚠️ CONSUMER WARNING – SAUNABOX ⚠️ I purchased a Saunabox a few months ago. The remote and control unit stopped working while still under warranty. Saunabox does not have a customer service phone number and only communicates by email. Since reporting the issue, I’ve experienced ongoing delays, stalled responses, and unacceptable behavior. Multiple times, Saunabox has confirmed replacement part orders, only to cancel them the following day with no explanation. This has happened repeatedly. Weeks go by with no resolution. As of today, I have a nonfunctional unit under warranty and no replacement parts, despite repeated promises. This post is to warn other consumers: if something breaks, be prepared for slow communication, canceled orders, and no accountability. I strongly advise anyone considering a Saunabox purchase to research carefully and understand the risk if warranty service is needed.
