Flower knows flaw/Scam, Fraudulent, deceptive, lying cs team, The worst service of all time
I spent over $104 on a promotion that clearly offered a $60 value Jewelry Box until May 3rd. Now, they are shamelessly lying, claiming it ended on April 7th.This is a classic "Bait and Switch" scam. They bait customers with high-value gifts to drive sales and then refuse to fulfill the promise by blaming "internal records." It is NOT the customer’s job to fix your technical errors or screenshot every banner as if we’re dealing with a fraudulent site. Update: They officially admitted the promo ran until May 3rd, but they scammed me by sending a cheap makeup remover instead of the promised $60 Jewelry Box and Mirror! Pure fraud!
