The buying experience was great
The buying experience was great, I had a first time promo I tried to use and it said it expired so that was unexpected since it worked a week before then not to purchase just to make sure it was active. I didn’t know the first time promos expired before purchase as it didn’t include an expiration. The products are high quality and the bulk sizes are great though. The only problem is the shipping company destroyed the box and most of the contents were gone by the time it got to me. It’s not necessarily on paper mart, just who they are working with in shipping and the fact the shipping company is breaking and tearing boxes to the point that the contents are falling out. It’s better than nothing but it is unfortunate. Other than that paper mart is great! The experience was great too just the shipping which is kind of out of their control and more on shipping company.
