When I received my shipment, things were all jumbled because the box selected was too big for the items that were consolidated. no filler items were added to the shipment to ensure that the items did not shift in transit. This caused confusion for identifying customers orders and the returned items. This has impacted ANY shipment where a box bigger than 24x24x18
