This Company is terrible when it comes to California customers! I called at 4 pm California Time to make a payment through an agent, 1st they charged 6 bucks to pay with a debit card, and now I have to pay a late fee because I do not live on the East Coast, and you have to pay before 2 pm our time !!!! The card is ok, but the rules are terrible, it is all because thier banks close way before ours, and now California cardholders suffer for actually being on time. Not fair !!!
