Do not trust these people with your business they refused to acknowledge there own engineers report of faulty hardware by a sales non managerial role wanting my private passwords and instead breached my security without prior authorisation they refused to provide sla compensation due to ignoring the sla guidelines and refusing to admit down of 3 dayss11 hours furthermore they refused to accept a document stating liability and written confirmation of migration to a higher tier product which again breach there contract there persisted in trying to shift blame and would highly not recommend dealing with such disregard and think there sales staff are technical engineers sadly they are not so please be careful with this company zero stars
