I have had a Litter Robot for about six years. I have had some problems, but the staff have been very helpful in helping me over the phone. Recently I have needed replacement parts and Whisker has been very efficient is delivering them to me. They keep informed and provide additional aid when installing the part. I am completely satisfied.
