Keith Andrew was our Loan Officer who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We had shopped around and got five offers from other lenders, but Keith was patient, knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. Worth noting, was his responsiveness in returning and answering every phone calls and emails expeditiously. He did not pressure or rush us, but waited patiently for our decision and submission of documents. He communicated clearly and the process was seamless. Keith and his assistant, Crystal Brabb, got everything in order incredibly fast and expedited our closing. He kept to his word that he can get our loan completed within a month, and he made it happened! I would highly recommend Keith and can't thank him enough for his hard work and efficiency.
