If I could rate zero stars I would. Completely fraudulent. We have warrenty to cover appliances out of warrenty; otherwise, why would we need a home warranty. Our ice maker was leaking water. We had to pay an additional $89 for a repairman. He came and was her a minute and said we needed a new ice maker and it would be covered. He just needed a code from souls. After two days Puls called and said they couldn’t cover repair of replacement because our refrigerator was out of warrenty. What ARS we paying for? I am reporting these fraudulent practices to BBB and any other pertinent agencies. DO NOT buy a warrenty from this company. It takes phone call after phone call for someone to even answer the phone. After having them for two years I had to send proof of our membership. They didn’t even have a record after taking payment month after month. BEWARE!!!
