Extremely detailed and thorough customer service
Kelly from Primera was super helpful with the questions I had regarding custom label sizes— I gave her a list of the sizes I needed, and she replied back with a clear detailed breakdown including pricing for the custom die cut (1-time fee), along with the price for each roll. She also told me the custom sizes they had in stock that were closest to the actual sizes I needed, in order to forgo the need to purchase and make a brand new die cuts. We ended up going with the LX610, and after ordering I was immediately emailed a confirmation from Kate, letting me know the details and process of receiving my printer. So far my experience with Primera has been great! Can’t wait to receive our label maker.
