Delivered something else from what I paid for
I have used this site before and I had no issues, I used it again trusting the service/quality was gonna be the same as the first time. I was wrong. I bought a bouquet for mothers day, i picked up a beautiful red roses and lilys one which was $155 aus dls. What arrive was barely a bouquet with spotted roses and thats it. 0 love, 0 effort on making it look nice. My mother even said she had to fix it up to make it look presentable. As you can understand being overseas for important dates like this is already hard enough, because you want to share and show your love being far away. So delivering an arrangement that isn't what I paid for, and isn't even beautiful to look at, adds unnecesary frustration. The comparison pictures truly makes it look like a scam. I would never write a review like this, but this experience has made me feel really sad. I just wanted the best for my mum. I just want everyone to know you might get a good result when you order from here, but I wont be taking that chance again.
