I ordered the Sky Glass Jade plant…
I ordered the Sky Glass Jade plant instead of flowers for a friend whose son passed away. I placed the order on 5/8/26 with a delivery date of 5/9/26. I received a call from their customer service on the morning of 5/9/26. Customer service told me the local shop did not have the item I requested however the item would be delivered on 5/10/26 if I agreed to the change of delivery date. I agreed. I checked my order status on 5/10/26 around 6pm. The item still had not been delivered as promised. I called customer service and was told they did not know why the item was not delivered. I requested a call from a supervisor on 5/11/26. I never received a call. I called on 5/11/26. I was told the item was not delivered because the local shop did not have the item. I asked why I was promised the item would be delivered on 5/10/26. The customer service could not answer that question. They offered a substitution of a pink flowering plant in a white container. I requested a full refund. I will NOT be using this company again.
