Very disappointed with Yelp
Very disappointed with Yelp. Since starting ads with them, I have received mostly spam and scam calls instead of real customers. Some callers were asking for debit and credit card information, which was very concerning. I also tried contacting customer service to cancel the ads, but the experience was not helpful. On top of that, some real 5-star customer reviews on my business page were hidden, which made it even more frustrating. I spent money expecting real leads and support, but my experience was the opposite. I would not recommend Yelp for small businesses.
