If I could leave NO stars, believe me I would!! I have spent almost 4K on two 5Pro Litter Robots and two 5Pro Hoppers, and lots of charcoal filters, deodorant bags, mats, ramps, cleaning supplies, litter bags, and their AWFUL litter. I can change the litter bags and clean the stupid robots but they STILL says they are full and will not cycle on their own. BOTH are constantly saying “Laser Default”, the cameras will randomly stop working AND their “WONDERFUL” hoppers have NEVER worked on EITHER of my robots!! This is without a doubt THE WORST INVESTMENT I HAVE EVER MADE!!!!!! I spend ten times more time on these AI (Artificial IDIOT) robots than I EVER did using a plain old litter box! And YES, I have contacted the company and had to have one of them replaced (which they said I had to have it completely clean or they would charge me yet another fee). And NO, it does the SAME EXACT THINGS as before! SAVE YOUR MONEY FOLKS, DONT BUY THEM!!!!!!!! Wish I could afford to just take a sledgehammer to them! My original purchase for them was in mid January 2026 and the hoppers in June 2026.
