I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day. Recipient never received but it said it was delivered. Spoke with customer service and they gave me a refund. Reordered the flowers to be delivered the next day. Recipient received the flowers and it looks nothing like the bouquet I ordered. I emailed customer service right away and demanded a full refund. Waiting on a response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
