I had an issue with my sprinkler system product and contacted support through chat. They transferred me to an agent named Shawn, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Shawn was extremely patient and spent almost an hour on the phone with me troubleshooting every possible issue, even though it was already after 9 PM. When we still couldn’t resolve the problem, he made sure I was taken care of by setting up a warranty replacement right away.
